Sheldon’s OBM Burger
A hot, barbecued burger on a Sheldon’s muffin….mmmmmm! You’ll never want it any other way again!
Ingredients
- A Lancashire Oven Bottom Muffin
- A firm, fresh beef tomato
- A good quality beef burger
- A slice or two of mature Cheddar
- Grilled onions
- A generous slug of barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to your taste

Method
Slice open a Sheldon’s Oven Bottom Muffin, add a generous handful of washed leafy salad. Chuck on some slices of tomato and then a chunky, freshly-grilled burger. Top with mature Cheddar and a few fried onions and people will be talking about your barbecues for years to come!
