Best known for our unique, signature product, the Lancashire Oven Bottom Muffin, our team of skilled and dedicated bakers also produce a wide range of fresh bread and bakery products. We bake in excess of 100 million separate items a year, each as fresh as the next. Since we moved to our present site, the ovens have turned out enough muffins to stretch one and a half times around the world.
