Racing to the Front
G.H. Sheldon Wholesale Bakers Ltd. are pleased to announce their sponsorship of Lancashire racing driver Ian Parkington.
Ian, from Barrowford near Nelson, drives in the North West Formula Ford Championship, had a creditable four 2nd place finishes and two 4th places in his first season.
This season, in the Class D pre - 1990 class, Ian, driving his 1600cc Reynard
84FF, hopes to better last year's performance in the 12 race series, racing at
Oulton Park, Anglesey and Croft circuits.
Sheldon's director Lee Sheldon said "We are more than happy to be associated
with such an exiting and competitive competition and I'm sure that Ian will do
very well in the coming season"
